Our Process

Our custom home experience begins by sitting down with the owner of the company and allowing him into your thoughts, including location, dreams and financial ability to create your custom home.  Once having an idea of what your dream home consists of he will personally design a floor plan that best suits the needs of your family.  Upon your initial approval the drafting designer will take over, keeping you involved every step of the way, to incorporate your unique family touches, while utilizing the space and bringing your home to life.  After final drawings are approved we send them with specifications out for bid; this process allows us to give you the financial transparency your family deserves by walking you through every line item required to build your dream home. Commencement and throughout the construction process you will meet with many different parts of our team, including; interior designer, project manager, budget coordinator and owner, to ensure your unique touch is being incorporated every step of the way.  Following the completion of all trades, you along with prospective team members, will walk through the home to ensure all trades work are up to yours and our expectations.  Lastly, it shall be our great honor to hand you over the keys to your new custom home that will not only assist in creating memorable times, but give you the comfort of knowing your family is in a healthy, economically, and financially friendly home of your dreams.
