Our Team

Eric is a co-owner with his incredible wife Nicole.  He has 20+ years in the home building industry.  Eric is a family man that respects and considers the full value of the home you desire to build.  He takes his time to listen and puts himself in your shoes, financially, economically and affordability to assist in the complete process of building your dream home.  Eric gives you the true financial transparency that one deserves as if he was taking care of his own family.

Nicole is a co-owner with her adored husband Eric.  She is our budget coordinator and the glue that holds us all together.  Her caring nature allows her to have understanding and support your family desires to achieve the ideal home for you.
Always being on time and setting herself ahead of the schedule, Nicole prevents financial holds and delinquencies for your investment, but
most of all she is a partner to her husband, working together to make sure the company is run smoothly.

Alesha Keeler our in house home designer that assists Eric in bringing your dream home to life.  Having 10 years experience in contracts and procurement she also acts as a business adviser for the company.

 Ricardo Bustamante has been with Footprint Homes for the past 3 years.  He now works as our Operations Manager.  He brings years of experience as a superintendent with him to our company.  He ensures contractors are on the job working effectively and carefully to include the personal touches to make your house a home. 

Chris Martinez is our newest Project Superintendent. He has been with Footprint Homes for a little over a year.  He is new to the homebuilding field and is eager to work and learn new trades. He also oversees all our home warranties to ensure your home is in the best possible condition. 

 Juliana Castor is our newest member of the team and has taken on the role of Purchasing Agent.  She works directly with our trades to ensure your home comes together as the dream that you imagined.  She also assists everyone in the company to ensure the business is running smoothly.
